It’s been a couple of weeks since we did a What’s Hot Right Now playlist mix. Even though we post hot songs all of the time, WHRN combines what the hottest indie songs are on the web over the past few days, by calculating a combination of top songs on IRC, Hypem, Elbo.ws, and a few other popular ‘hot now’ blogs.
Also, the WHRN playlists are not based necessarily on new releases, since many songs make the rounds before they are released; in fact, most are from upcoming, and much anticipated, new releases.
